TLDR : Answer Summary
The retirement visa (NON-O) will expire on October 11th. It's recommended to either continue an already obtained extension of stay or visit the local immigration office to apply for an extension based on being over 50 years old. If one partner has an extension, the other may need to fulfill financial requirements to 'piggyback' on the partner's extension. It's advised to go to immigration as soon as possible to avoid issues with missing documents.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
Explore recent discussions by using the Non-O Retirement Visa tag in the search box at the top of the page.
11 days left . . . go to Immigration ASAP because you might need some time if they ask for some documents you do not hold atm. Don't wait until the last minute

"our" ? I presume you might be a married foreigner couple, one of you has the EOS based on retirement, and the other is going "piggyback" on the partner's Extension ? Then just follow up as usual, financial requirements plus the usual documentation. Nothing has changed for you so far

IF you already gotten an extension of stay, continue getting an extension of stay as normal.
If you do not have an extension of stay, and you're on your original visa, go to your local immigration office and ask for the handouts to get an extension of stay based on being over 50 years old.
