For my retirement visa renewal do I need to bring copies of my lease? I was told I need to bring the condo owners proof of ownership Besides bank statements what other information is required? Do I need to bring copies of my passport and pages within the passport like my visa and last arrival? Tdac? Is there a link that lists all documents I need to bring? How many days before or after my current visa expires?

I brought everything. They don’t need the lease last time, only TM30. They need the lease copy this time. I can present immediately and don’t comeback again.😂😂😂

Not providing a list here because of reasons already mentioned, but I was told by an agent to apply 45 days before expiry date...hope that helps...xxx

Belinda Chaplin, very few offices accept 45 days in advance; most accept 30 days. This is why general advice is useless. You need to ask for advice from people who use your immigration office

If it's an inconvenience going to immigration for their list (mine is only a 5 minute drive, but Bkk is probably a lot more hassle), how about taking all your documents (including your house lease), just in case they ask for them. I just have a folder with everything in and when they ask I have it to hand.

No, there is no list, because every immigration office sets their own requirements. You need to go to YOUR immigration office and ask them for the list of requirements for extension. That will tell you exactly what your immigration office requires. Otherwise you will get 5 people that say it's required, and 10 people that say it's not, and they're all correct, because that's what their immigration office wants.

You need to get this list EVERY year, because requirements can change from year to year.
