If you applied with children dependents, what document did you provide for "Document indicating current location"? On my application, I used my Driver's license for that question because it had my address. My kids don't get mail and their IDs don't have their address on them.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Thai visa with dependent children, a common document to indicate their current location is the data page of their passports, as children's IDs often do not reflect an address.
