I remember seeing a list of required documents for the first 90-day report at the immigration office. My friend visited but was turned away without inquiring about the necessary items. Any assistance in clarifying the requirements would be appreciated.
Answer summary
To complete the 90-day report at Thai immigration, you typically need your passport, a TM30 form, and sometimes a TM47 form. It's advisable to have photocopies of the passport's main page and latest visa stamp. Requirements can vary by location, so it's essential to check with the specific immigration office you plan to visit.

I paid 100 baht to an agent in Pattaya after taking all the relevant docs posted below to Soi 5 & the Immigration Officer refused to do it as I was 5 days early! Welcome to Thailand.

In Buriram you walk in to the office, handover your passport (TM30 already in place), they scan the barcode on your last 90 day report which prints out a new one and sign it. Passport handed back with a smile. All done in 5 mins. 👍

Usually just a TM30 on file and a passport plus a TM47 form, but some can want photocopies of data and visa pages. What visa or extension is he on and when did he enter Thailand

yea but they don't turn you away, they just get a copy of this. My immigration office just makes copies of anything I'm missing as long as I have the original. But there's something else going on with your friend, either he's not due to report because he's not required to or he's trying to report too early
