Just a question, what paper work do i need to take for a 90 day report as i need to once at the end of the month

Last time I went (about 3 weeks ago) they didn't require any copies of anything. Just passport and the T.M47 form.

Last time they just wanted our passports and our TM30. And the form which you can do online and print or fill out there.
