Is the TM30 necessary to complete a 90-day reporting in Thailand, or can I solely use the TM47?

Does someone know if it's necessary to show the TM30 when do the 90 days report, or can I fill only the TM47?

I have been staying most of time at friends' house, so I don't have the TM30. But I am considering stay at a hotel to get the TM30 and do the 90 days report.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion focuses on whether the TM30 form is required when submitting the 90-day report in Thailand or if filling out just the TM47 is sufficient. Experiences from other expats suggest that it may be necessary to present the TM30 during reporting, especially if not staying registered at a friend's address. It is advised to consider registering at a hotel for proper documentation.

I can only stayed what I have actually seen but I saw a couple turned away at Jomtien for 90 day reporting with no TM30. They tried to explain staying at friends but they just got scolded more lol. If you are not going to register at friends home you probably need to book into a hotel a few nights.
