Hi together,

I have some questions regarding my first 90 day report at my local immigration office.

Unfortunately I did forget to ask them, when I was there, but maybe someone knows the answers

1. When you make your 90 day report, what documents/ copies do they want from you in addition to the TM47 form ?

2. The date they gave me for my report is a Sunday. I am very sure, they are closed on Sundays ๐Ÿ˜ฌ, so - what is the timeframe I can show up for my report without being fined or laughed at, because I did show up to early ๐Ÿค”

Thanks a lot for any advice.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day report requires additional documents beyond the TM47 form, typically including your passport, but specifics can vary by immigration office. Regarding the reporting date, you can submit your report any time from 15 days before to 7 days after the scheduled date, making it unnecessary to worry about a Sunday due date.

you mean the paper that was put in your passport telling you when to do your first 90 day report has the date of sunday on it?

This paper?

@Conny *******
that is a 90 day report RECEIPT meaning you did one (or they filed it for you and gave you that receipt)

As ben said you can go file a 90 day report from the 19th of Dec until the 9th of Jan without getting a fine.

If you read the paper, it says for you to notify immigration of your address on January 2, 2022. You can report the address IN PERSON 15 days prior to 7 days after January 2, 2022.

- yes Tod. Exactly this paper. It looks a little bit different at my immigration

1. Your passport. 2. You have 15 days before and 7 days after to do the 90 day report so the fact your due date is a Sunday is irrelevant.

Which immigration office? That may help someone assist you with part 1 as every immigration office does things their own way.

As for 2, you can do your 90 day report up to 14 days before the due date, and 7 days after.
