Anyone recently do this and know what documents they require?
I’d like to take everything and not get in Que just for a list.

I think I've got it sorted. The bank stuff is where I had a question. When I got the first extension, it listed copies of bankbook since last extension. It was vague and was translated that didn't read clearly. Is the TM47 generic at all IO? I downloaded one from BK IO, and will take that with me.
, do you know whether Jometien requires you to have updated passbook for the first 90 days report after 1-year extension application based on retirement?
I don't know at this time. In the past they did require it. But I think they are ONLY ASKING at random. They will tell the extension holder upon receiving the one year extension of stay as retired.

TM 47 FORM
PHOTOCOPY FRONT PAGE PASSPORT AND PHOTOCOPY OF VISA STAMP.
Also copy of entry stamp if not shown on the copy of the visa stamp. Front page of passport actually means data/ photo page which isn’t the front page on some passports ( eg UK). I don’t know if a copy of TM30 is required but you need to make sure that it has been submitted.
I know that TM30 is required but I am not sure if you have to submit a copy of it when doing a 90 day report. Having a copy with you would be the way to go.
