The Company/Organization you'll be working for should supply documents for your visa and work permit, ie a contract of employment. The cost for the Non Imm B visa is 2000bt, cost for 1 year extention of stay is 1900bt and I believe the cost of a work permit is 3800bt

Visit the immigration for the list if no one could give here. Most important is your degree papers should be authenticated by your country if to process in Thailand with more than 15 days left on your visa.

These are the docs you need at Phuket immigration. Possibly different at your office.

Whether you can apply without leaving Thailand will be dependent on your new employer, their company setup and other factors. You’d need to get your employer to talk with your local immigration and check if they can provide the required documents.
