How should I cancel my visa and work permit when leaving Thailand?

Hello good people ! I would like to ask for some advice.

My last working date is April 30. Before leaving Thailand, I need to cancel my visa and work permit (WP).

1. Which one should I cancel first either visa or work permit? Meanwhile, based on the photo above, the resignation letter can be submitted up to 21 days before the resignation date. My new employer also mentioned that I can go to Immigration between April 21-25.

2. If visa cancellation can be done before my last working date, how many days can I stay in Thailand after canceling my visa?

3. Do I need to apply for a 7-day short visa extension?

I appreciate any insights. Thank you~

TLDR : Answer Summary
The procedure for canceling your work permit and visa in Thailand typically requires that the work permit be canceled first by a company representative at the labor office, which provides documentation for the visa cancellation process. Since the last working day is April 30, you can cancel your visa before that date, but you will need to leave Thailand on the same day as the visa cancellation. If you need to stay longer, you may want to consider applying for a 7-day short visa extension.

For non-B visa cancellation

First the company representative goes to the labor office, they cancel the work permit first, and give you some document( signed by the company and the labor office) , you take that piece of paper, and you go straight to the immigration! To cancel your visa, buy you need to leave the same day. Other easier solution ! Leave the cancellation of the work permit to the company for the last day. And leave! Your visa will automatically be canceled

That document would clearly seem to say you take the work permit and a copy of it (no mention that you cancel it first)
