Hi. Canadian passport. 

Arrived november 24th and was granted a visa exemption x 45 days at Phuket airport.  First time in Thailand. Goal: stay until april 7th. Will ask  for extension at Phuket Town this friday before travelling  to Koh Phangan for several weeks. 

Would somebody have the documents requirements specific for this Immigration office  please?

P.S. Planning to visa bounce beginning of february probably from Koh Samui

You can use one of the three offices there

Main immigration office in Phuket

The one at Blue Tree water park

The one in Patong

You can just turn up. No appointment needed. TM30 is not needed for a tourist visa/exempt entry extension.

Passport, copy of Photo page, copy of entry stamp (both signed by you).

Passport photo. 1,900 baht.

Fill out TM7 (available on site).

Depends on how busy but bank on around 1 hour.

Morning queue closes at 11:30. Afternoon queue closes at 3pm.

If you don’t have the copies or photos there is a copy shop in the car park. They’ll do them for you.
