I have DTV visa. What documents do I need to show immigration for 90 days report?
Answer summary
To complete a 90-day report for a DTV visa in Thailand, you typically need several documents, which can vary by immigration office. Commonly required items include your original passport, photocopies of the information and stamp pages, a completed TM47 application form available at immigration, and proof of residence with the TM30 form. Some offices may have specific requirements like additional photocopies or photos. It’s advisable to check with your local immigration office for their specific document requirements, as experiences can differ widely depending on the location.

I would highly recommend going into your area Immigration office and find out what they want. There are standards, but each office has there own requirements
You need your passport, copies of the info and stamp pages of the passport, a copy of the TM30 and a filled application that you get at immigration.
And you can only do a 90 day report online after your first time, but it resets at each entry. So if you leave before 180 days and come back, the next 90 day report has to be done in person again, because it's the first one since entering the country.
You need only your passport. The next time you will have to do the 90 days report you will be able to do it online! One thing you have to know is the arrival card number.
That's office dependant. In my case, in Hua Hin (Blúport Mall), I prepared a lot of documents, but at the end they only took my passport photocopy (you have to bring it yourself), and the printout of the TM.30 from the Airbnb I was staying at the time, which had been sent to me by the owner, along with a photocopy of her ID, which Immigration didn't bother to ask or even look. I was in and out in 5 minutos, not taking into consideration the waiting time.
