Obtaining a Certificate of Residence at Chonburi Immigration with DTV
Hi all,
I am planning to visit immigration on Monday for the COR. Wondering if any others in the group have done the same recently.
My current checklist is:
Copy of DTV
Passport
TM30
Rental Agreement Copy
Photocopy of Passport
Photocopy of entry stamp
Printed portrait photos
Will this be enough to get the Certificate of Residence without issue?
And how much do they charge ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking advice on obtaining a Certificate of Residence (COR) at Chonburi Immigration and inquires about the necessary documents and costs involved. The checklist includes a copy of the DTV, passport, TM30, rental agreement copy, photocopies of the passport and entry stamp, and printed portrait photos. Community members suggest that some documents, like the rental agreement, may not be necessary and that the processing time can vary between Pattaya and Sri Racha immigration offices, generally taking a few hours. The estimated cost for the COR is around 400 baht.
steven_9 if you come later in the day it might be delayed till next day but generally a few hours and done ✔️ also not sure what you mean by chon buri immigration because it can refer both to pattaya imm and Sri racha imm, they got slightly different ways and Sri racha will give it to you in 15-20 min while Pattaya will take 2-4 hours
Anonymous participant 740 do you know how much it costs? I know it's cheap but I like to map everything out mentally before going to any Thai govt. office.
