I'm about a month out from filling out a marriage visa. Do I need to secure health insurance from a Thai insurer along with a certificate?
Looks like I also need proof of retirement. Is that a pay stub?
Copy of criminal record here
Certificate of health from my health Dept.
All notorized and all notorized by my Sec. of State.
I'm in the USA
TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a marriage visa (non-O) in Thailand, you primarily need to provide proof of funds and a marriage certificate. Health insurance from a Thai insurer and a criminal record are not required for a non-O visa, unlike the non-OA visa, which has additional requirements. It's advisable to have your marriage certificate authenticated by your state's Secretary of State and the Thai embassy prior to your travel.
