Hello everyone,

I was wondering if someone had their covid extension done in Phuket recently (after the 25th March), and if so what did they ask ? 

I am on a tourist visa, that I already extended for 30 days in Bangkok. I would like to extend for another 60 days at the Phuket office but cannot find infos on the new requirements.
