A new question . I have made an online appointment to go to the immigration office for TR extension. In the description of the submitted documents, there are some cases. If I am not in these cases, do I only need to bring the basic documents? Can I get a 60-day extension with basic documents?

Their official website address is: [members only]

Many thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the possibility of obtaining a 60-day extension for their Thai Tourist Visa (TR) using only basic documents during their online appointment at the immigration office. Comments indicated that while basic documents might suffice, a letter from the embassy stating travel restrictions due to COVID-19 could also be necessary. Another user mentioned a specific category for COVID-19 extensions, suggesting it might affect the required documentation.

Okay, after I going to immigration, I will update the state.

If you mean getting Covid-19 extension, it's categorized under 2.28.

You should be able to; you *MAY NEED* a letter from your embassy saying you can't travel home, OR a copy from the embassy website saying they won't issue the letter.

The embassy website saying they won’t issue the letter. If the letter was written by Chinese, I guess the immigration officer can not read , what should I do?

From my comment:

" OR a copy from the embassy website saying they won't issue the letter." If it's in Chinese, maybe run it through an English translator program (translate.google.com) and take a screenshot of that
