Arrived at 5.45am and was 10th in line. They are letting people in to queue upstairs before 8:30.

I was at Counter K as I entered Thailand on a 60 day visa.

Whilst you are sitting in the chair queue immigration officers will call u up to check your documents before letting you through.

This is what I needed:

My tm 7 application form

The form that you understand about overstaying

The form about why you are applying (Covid)

One copy of photo page of passport

One copy of original visa

One copy of last visa stamp

They will then stamp it and you will sign it there

They ask for my online appointment, my only paper embassy letter (I’m Indonesia )

I have an under consideration and come back on December 8th

It certainly wasn’t as packed this morning as I expected after reading other people’s experiences

Good luck 🙏🏻

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user's experience detailed the process of applying for a visa extension in Thailand after entering on a 60-day visa. Key documents needed for the application included the TM7 application form, forms related to overstaying and application purpose (specifically COVID-related), and copies of the passport, visa, and last visa stamp. The user noted that the immigration process was less crowded than expected and their appointment was set for follow-up on December 8.

IF you bought a tourist visa from a thai consulate before you came here and were stamped in for 60 days when you arrived you use SECTION J, not section K. Section K is for visa exempt entry people..
