TLDR : Answer Summary
Changing your address while your Non-imm O Marriage Visa application is pending can present several challenges. Immigration may not locate you for necessary home visits, and discrepancies in submitted documents such as photos can arise. It's crucial to notify immigration if a move is essential and provide updated information, as simply submitting a new TM30 form might not be enough.
Yes this will be a problem. But if the move is essential for some reason go to the immigration office and explain, taking a new map if you had to supply one and see what they say. Just a TM30 will not suffice
Immigration will not know where to go for the home visit, and the photos you submitted with your application will not match. Also they normally want to talk to neighbors to verify that you live together with your spouse. All of these are difficult to prove if you move between those times.
