If a person has applied for their 1 year Non-imm O Marriage Visa and in between application being submitted at Immigration and the date which interview/approval etc takes place. If there is a change of address does this cause a problem as long as new TM forms done etc

TLDR : Answer Summary
Changing your address during the processing of your Non-Imm O Marriage Visa application can cause complications. Immigration may not be able to locate you for required home visits, and verification of your living situation with neighbors could be hindered. It is advisable to remain at your current residence until the application is approved. If moving is unavoidable, consult with the immigration office and provide updated documentation, as simply submitting a TM30 form might not be sufficient.

Yes this will be a problem. But if the move is essential for some reason go to the immigration office and explain, taking a new map if you had to supply one and see what they say. Just a TM30 will not suffice

Yes big problem stay in house till approved then move a lot easier

I got a 60 day extension while we move from a rental into our home which is being built and will be in my wifes name.

I can see why visa agents dont want to do marriage extensions, there are a lot of requirements and time-consuming.

Immigration will not know where to go for the home visit, and the photos you submitted with your application will not match. Also they normally want to talk to neighbors to verify that you live together with your spouse. All of these are difficult to prove if you move between those times.
