Do I need to attend Immigration for TM27 after my landlord files TM30 and after moving residence in Bangkok?

Hi folks. I will be moving residence soon. Still within Bangkok. I am not sure about 2 things.

1. When landlord files TM 30 and gives me a copy of the receipt- do I still have to attend Immigration with TM27 form completed and appropriate documents?

2. I currently do my 90 days report online. Do I have to attend Immigration Office for 1st 90 days report after I change address (and then do online after this)?

As part of this can I wait until the next 90 day Report is due before attending Imm Office (with TM27 if required)?

I am on Non-Imm O Retirement Extension to November 2021.

Many thanks. Richard M

TLDR : Answer Summary
When moving within Bangkok, if your landlord files the TM30 form online, ensure they save the data and provide you with a receipt. You should attend Immigration for your next 90-day report in person or by mail since your address might not be updated online. Note that TM27 is likely outdated in Bangkok; instead, you might be referring to TM28 for change of address.

I was able to do my 90 day report online after moving houses, with a current TM30 though.

I have the same situation and was about to ask the same thing. So new TM30 and next 90 day report in person with copy of the TM30 filing at hand.

Great group, thanks ๐Ÿ™

IF the land lord files an online TM30 make sure they save the data, then go back into the system, find that entry and then print a screen grab of it for you.

You will need to do the next 90 day report in person or by mail because your address will not be updated in the 90 day online system.

I think you're asking about a TM28 (change of address) not a TM27 :P and they have been done away with in Bangkok. Just take the new TM30 receipt with you when you go to file your next 90 day report
