I'm starting to think about renewing my over 50, non-Imm O and I have 2 questions that I haven't been able to find answers to.

Questions relate to Chaeng Wattana.

1) This is my first time renewing following the changed rules re: 800Kbt seasoned for 2 months, kept in account for 3 months and then staying at or above 400Kbt for the remainder of the year.

Question: What proof do I need to supply with regards to having adhered to these rules? Just my bank book or do I need to supply an officially stamped annual bank statement?

2) I read that there is now an appointment system for the over 50s exemptions dealt with at the 'L' counters at CW.

Question: Where do I find this booking system, I've checked posts on this site and can find references to the booking system but not where I find the booking system?
