Hi! I have a question about Section 38 app. I downloaded it, registered myslef, attached scan of land office documents, bluebook, my passport and visa. I clicked confirmation in e-mail and after one minute got username and password. It seems to be too easy, because many people complained here it takes a lot of time to get username and password. I checked in app, I can login and report myself (TM30). Do I do something wrong or they fixed this app? Do I have to wait for some e-mail from immigration office about documents I attached?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user successfully registered on the Section 38 app and received a username and password quickly, contrasting with reports of delays from others. They wonder if they need to wait for any email from the immigration office regarding their uploaded documents. Community comments suggest that as long as the user can log in and use the app to report themselves, they are likely in good standing and may not need additional confirmation.
Just make sure when you DO enter data in the system you save it then go back in and search for it THEN take a screen grab and print it as your proof. There is no print receipt function on the web-based portal OR the mobile applications
If you got a user name and temp password, go in and change it and then you're good to use the online web-based portal OR the mobile Application for iPhone OR Android too :P
Yep, that was al in the beginning when every person who heard about Thailand did apply for this app, the app became more populair than Facebook. Everybody needed one, but it is only for house owners. Now most people do understand and username and password are handed out quickly.
Before I started I had read some manual about it, and had information "As mentioned clearly, your pre-registration will be inspected within 7-15 business days.
