Hi after 5 months of waiting for a username and password for TM30 reporting we got it today. We logged in and changed password. So it works hooray. In the email with the user ID and password they sent it also asks for owners ID and Blue Book but where does this information go ??? On the online TM30 webpage Su my Thai wife looked all around on the webpage and can’t find where you’d download the images of the Blue Book and ID TYIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has successfully received their login credentials for TM30 reporting after a long wait. However, they are confused about where to upload the owner's ID and Blue Book, as mentioned in the email from immigration. Other users suggest checking the online TM30 webpage thoroughly, contacting immigration directly, and sharing that the documents might have been uploaded during the account registration process.
