What do I need for my Reentry Permit to return to Thailand after getting my 1-year visa extension?

I just got my first 1 year visa extension and applied for the a single entry (reentry permit)
I got a receipt that says reentry permit and the 1000 thb that I paid.
I expect a separate document. Will I get something to reenter or is this all I need?

Agree with other you have a stamp for the yearly extension plus a bigger square stamp stating a single entry.

Didn't u get a stamp that says re entry permit( with the garuda).....since its a single permit the next time you come back thailand the immigration officer will stamp (used) on that permit and stamp a entry stamp with the validity of your extension

You should have a stamp in your passport that says "Re-entry Permit". That stamp is all you need

The stam is all you get and theywill stamp used. Only1single is allowed pr year. If needed more mustapply multi reentry

Bjørn Hafstad you can apply for single re-entry permits at the immigration office. It is more cost efficient unless you need four or more re-entry permits. If you do need four or more then pay the extra for the multiple-enrry permit with your Visa

I assume they still have your passport? You can't get a re entry until the 1 year extension of stay is granted. When you get the passport back it will have a single re entry permit stamped inside.

OPJim Skinner Thanks I have my passport back and double check. They put the reentry stamp on the opposite page over another stamp and I did not realize it.
