I recently got a visa extension until after the date that I will leave Thailand. However, the passport was returned without the 90 Day slip.
Do I not need it when I leave the country or do I need to go to immigration again to get this slip again?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90 Day slip is usually not required for leaving Thailand, especially if the passport was returned without it after a visa extension. The person must still file a 90 Day report at the appropriate time, but airport immigration does not check for this upon departure. If the report is missed, it may lead to fines for future immigration visits.
