What should I do after receiving my 'under consideration' stamp and 90-day report notification for temporary stay in Thailand?

I received my under consideration stamp, valid until October 8.

I also got a 90 days report notification for temporary stay stapled in.

Is that indicating I need to file something now or am I ok for the next 90? Should I be concerned about this?

TLDR : Answer Summary
You received an 'under consideration' stamp valid until October 8, allowing you to stay temporarily in Thailand while your visa situation is being processed. You also have a notification for a 90-day report, indicating the need to confirm your stay status. It appears you may need to return to immigration by October 8 for further processing, which could extend your stay. Make sure to clarify your specific visa extension with immigration when you go back.

you got an "application of stay is under consideration" stamp that lets you stay here until the 8th of Oct which is the first step in a "two step process" to get the 30 day embassy request extension

You go back on the 8th and they will give you the rest of the extension that will let you stay until the 26 of Oct.

If by some chance you continue to get an extension of some type to stay after that AND are still here on Dec 11, you will need to do a 90 day report ..

I got the same today at Phuket immigration, told to go back oct 12 but with the amnesty I was ok until oct 26, the io made a point that I had to go back on the 12th

I got a 30 day temporary extension with my embassy letter, but under consideration.

Immigration officer told me I would be fine until October 26th but to just come back on the 8th.

For the 90 day report notice they stamped into your passport, I would ignore it. You would have to leave Thailand by October 26.

The 90 day notice that's stamped on your passport says you must file a report on December 11. You got a 30 day extension on the amnesty using the embassy letter, correct?

For this extension, you can stay no later than October 26.

got it, thanks.

Hopefully it points to them allowing monthly paid extensions. Wishful (and logical) thinking

According to the flyer from the immigration office (which I'm sure you've seen, but I'm posting anyway), you can get unlimited 30 day extensions of the amnesty on the embassy letter, as long as you bring in a new letter each 30 days.

I do not feel comfortable saying that you can stay longer than October 26 though.
