Quick update, I had more than foolishly forget that my marriage visa had expired. I was given terrible and expensive options on how to solve it
I posted my situation in this group making an error in my post which was against the rules on the group.
Tod being a total champ, edited my post to adhere to group rules, and then gave me great advice.
I was on my way to Chang Wattana at 6.30am, and was reading so many messages in this group about MTT and was worried I was off to the wrong place. I told my wife on the BTS that I think we need to go to MTT.
I posted in the group again thinking no way anyone is awake to answer questions at this time and once again Tod was there. He asked more details about my situation and then correctly told me where I need to go
Went yesterday and got my 60 day extension based on having a Thai wife and now have time to get my paperwork ready for a year long extension.
A really big thank you to this group and specifically Tod, you saved me a lot of money, and I really don't know why you guys do this but I owe you a beer and you guys should definitely have some kind of donation fund or something. Your free service is over and beyond what people would pay for.
thank you
