Tech help required. Been try to fill in online form for visa (From the UK) how the hell do you scan passport picture onto the form  ??

easiest way is

- take a pic of your passport with your phone ( will probably be more than .5mb)

-screenshot it ( the screenshot will be less than .5mb)

-crop it, save, upload , job done

thats what I did, and was accepted

Just scan it and use acrobat reader to Crop it
