Hi I’m new here I just wanted to know if anyone else was having difficulty with the Evisa extension form. I’m only asking because I’ve been having difficulty uploading my passport bio page on the the form. From your experience would just submitting the form in person be easier that the online form or should I try uploading the photo from a pc because I’m currently dining off an iPad.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is facing difficulties with the Thai Evisa extension form, particularly in uploading their passport bio page using an iPad. Comments suggest that submitting the application in person might be easier or that they should attempt uploading a PDF instead of a JPEG due to file size issues. Several users share their experiences, noting that immigration may not favor iOS for applications and recommending the use of the Google Chrome app instead.

crop! any jpeg photos that are too big, they won't drag and drop, if you need to upload more than one photo for a particular requirement, do a collage.

thank you I have tried reducing the size and remove the background but I did not think about cropping the photo. Thank you Andy for that idea.

Try uploading the photo in pdf file instead of jpeg. The file may be too large. When we did the online application, uploading the passport photo in pdf went through but the jpeg won’t. I hope my suggestion is useful.

check the size of the jpeg photo, if it is too big it won't drag and drop, just crop it, the other little tip I got from someone else, was it only allows you to upload one document, but on some it seems to require two or more documents, just do a collage.

The ONLY benefit to the so called "e-extension" is an appointment. You still have to bring all the paperwork that you submitted online with you to immigration and submit it in person, and you have to pay extra for the privilege.

You could also just make a free appointment with immigration and show up in person at that time and apply for your extension.
