Hello beautiful people 🌺

Does anyone know working days ( or holidays) for Thai embassy in Kuala Lumpur for December ?

Also which documents are necessary to bring to apply for tourist visa and how many days it take to get visa ready? 

I’m holding Croatian passport, but at the moment I’m in India , and I can’t apply for Thai visa from here , need to go to Malaysia and need to be in Bangkok on 1st of January !
