What are the document requirements for applying at the Jakarta embassy on a tourist visa?

I am planning to apply to Jakarta embassy(Non-Indonesian on a tourist visa). Website has said to provide 3 sets of additional documents and photograph. Does it mean 3 set of forms with photo attached + 3 extra photos? Has anybody else applied? I got close to 6 weeks left on my tourist visa and official website says it might take 4-6 weeks. Deciding whether to try it out or now.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on the documentation needed to apply at the Jakarta embassy, specifically whether the requirement of three sets of documents includes extra photographs. Comments mention that it's common to need multiple complete sets of documentation when dealing with Thai governmental offices.

Normal that you need to supply 2-4 complete sets of documentation, when dealing with Thai governmental offices.

(then they do not need to have a photocopyer / scanner)

Applicants from South Asian Countries (Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka) must provide additional documents as follows;

3 application forms, 3 photographs and 3 sets of supporting documents

A copy of Temporary Resident Permit (KITAS) or Permanent Resident Permit (KITAP)

Evidence of accommodation in Thailand and travel itinerary

Letter of employment/enrollment from company or university/school (if applicable)

The visa process will take at least 1 week and may take up to 4-6 weeks in case the applicants do not have KITAS or KITAP.
