What are the requirements and entry date implications for obtaining a 60-day tourist visa for Thailand while in Bali?

Hi, I'm Spanish and I want to get a 60-day Visa for Thailand in Bali. I would enter Thailand at the beginning of July (the consulate does not require me to reserve entry as we have told you that we are going to Cambodia first), with what date would you have to buy the exit ticket? In mid August would it be possible? Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Spanish citizen inquired about obtaining a 60-day tourist visa for Thailand while in Bali, specifically regarding the exit ticket dates. They plan to enter Thailand in July and want to know if an exit ticket for mid-August is acceptable.

You need to check the thai consulate in Bali as far as the requirements.

Once you get the single entry tourist visa it will be valid for 90 days and you can enter thailand during that time and get stamped in for 60 days

just tell them you're not entering thailand until July 3, I don't think you're going to have a problem

Now, the question is whether I can present an exit reservation for Thai on August 15 when I am going to apply for the visa tomorrow. I would not enter inThai until July 3.
