Hello all, I am teaching at a local school and have a non-immigrant B visa along with work permit. My wife and child are sponsored and both have non immigrant o visas. Has anybody else had experience or know the process for extension process?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, who is teaching in Thailand with a non-immigrant B visa and work permit, seeks advice on extending the non-immigrant visas for their wife and child, who have non-immigrant O visas. Comments suggest visiting the local immigration office to obtain a list of required documentation, including support from the employer and the necessary legal certificates.

If your profile is to be believed and you are indeed in Chiang Mai you should stop in to the immigration office and get the hand out that lists the required documentation from your employer and from you so you can get the matching extensions for your family.

@Jos***
unfortunately no it's not and it's gonna take you or your employer going to the immigration office to get the complete list of documents.

There is no one set list because each immigration office does things slightly different. :/

If I was a fortune teller I'd say I see a trip to the immigration office in your near future :P :O

is that list available online?

Your employer will need to produce documents supporting your dependents' application to piggy-back on your extension, and you will need a legalised/certified marriage certificate and birth certificate for your child. That's what I had to provide in Bangkok; other Immigration Offices might be different.

Most easy and to be sure you meet all the requirements is to visit the Immigration Office in your area and ask the hand out with requirements to apply for the Extension of Stay based on working for yourself and based on being dependent for your wife and child.
