Hi!

Anyone has an updated list of documents that we will need for one year extension of stay (Married to a Thai) at CW office?

I only have the list of documents from last year (Not sure if it's still up to date). Also, when is the latest and earliest to apply for this visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking an updated list of documents required for a one-year extension of stay at the CW office, specifically for those married to a Thai citizen. Previous comments suggest that the document requirements have not changed since last year. The earliest one can apply is 45 days before their current extension expires, while the latest is on the day the current extension expires.

I'm shutting down this post. The OP is asking about getting an extension of stay based on marriage, which has a different set of requirements then other extension of stays. If anyone wants this post reopen, message a mod, and we'll reopen it.

@Da**
with over 70 offices in the country we just advise people to go to the immigration office with your thai wife and get the hand out that they have AND while your there have your wife ask them if anything is required that's not on the list.

documents didn't change from last year.

The latest you can apply is the date your current yearly extension expires. The earliest you can apply is 45 days before your current extension expires.
