Received my 30 day visa amnesty extension at the Mae Sai, Chiang Rai immigration office and just wanted to share this info if it can help anyone else in a similar situation.

Documents required (2x copies of everything):

- information page of passport

- page with most recent arrival stamp

- page with most recent visa

- House contract

- Owner ID card

- Letter of extension from embassy

- Email from embassy containing letter of extension

- tm30

- TM7 form
