Just a point of interest re Phuket immigration. Just had a 90 day report refused by a very abrupt guy at the drive through window for failing to have a TM30 screenshot stapled into my passport dated within 24 hours of last entry into Thailand. I had done the TM30 and had screenshot on my phone but that wasn't good enough

Answer summary

A user recently experienced issues with their 90-day report at Phuket immigration due to not having a TM30 screenshot properly attached in their passport. Despite completing the TM30 online, immigration denied the report as the evidence was only on their phone. This highlights the importance of having a physical TM30 printout for successful processing at Phuket, which is known for strict adherence to regulations.

And we posted on this page over and over again,

MAKE A PRINT OUT AS PROOF.

But I close the commenting before every body else start harassing Immigration Officers.

Please make a print out as proof, it saves some time and trouble as we all know, Mobile Phones screens are not allowed to use in your home country as proof, so why should it be allowed in Thailand.

That makes sense. The TM30 proof should be kept in the passport, not on a phone, and Phuket is ultra-hard nose.
