I curerntly live in Phuket and tried to do the 90 day report onlline. My application was rejected and immigration said I must come into the Phuket office because my extension is out of province. What is required to do the 90 day report for people in my situation?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To complete your 90-day report in Phuket after receiving an extension from outside the province, you must visit the local Thai Immigration office in Phuket where you hold a TM30 registration. Recent changes indicate that if your visa extension was processed elsewhere, online reporting may not be accepted. You may also consider using the drive-through window services in areas like Phuket Town, Patong, or Blue Tree for assistance.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Service to get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
That’s a pretty new rule for Phuket immigration. If you got an extension from outside Phuket (an agent) they won’t let you file online. Use the drive through window in Phuket town to file or Patong or Blue Tree.
thanks for your help. I was wondering if the requirements (TM30) for the 90 day report at Phuket immigration will be the same as usual considering my situation.
