TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the renewal of a visa extension related to being married to a Thai national, specifically whether a new copy of Kor 2 is necessary and the age of bank statements required for the extension application. Multiple comments suggest that a Kor 2 form should be updated and that bank statements should ideally be no older than 7 days at most, contingent upon the immigration office's requirements. It's also noted that for the visa extension, it is important to ensure that a minimum balance of 400,000 baht has been maintained for at least 2 months prior to application.

Talk with the branch office of your bank about 1-year transaction history/statement.

you need to get a print out from the bank that shows all the international transfers (most people just get a year detail transaction history)

The bank LETTER <- the one stating your account #, name and balance on the date the letter was written can be up to 7 days old at MOST immigration offices (some want it dated the date you go) BUT you need to have your bank book updated on the date you apply for the extension so it shows the balance and you should make sure that the entries in the bank book show the 400K baht was in the account for 2 months before you apply

this letter can be up to 7 days old in Bangkok, I'm not sure what C/M requires. I'd sure go by and ask them about the Kor Ror 2 AND how old the bank letter can be before you show up for your extension ;)

OR

Post on a chiang mai group and ask them.

Korvror 2 needs to be updated (20thb from Amphur)

For Bank account info most are OK with up to 7 days. Contact your immigration and ask what they require

I just extend my Marriage visa last week. For bank statement, you need to get an letter from your bank stated the balance 1 day before or same day.

Then your book bank need to update on the SAME day when you go do your extension.

I did my extension in Chiangmai Immigration
