Hello admins,

befor 3 days you denied to public my question. I don't understand why but this is up to you. But why I got only an incomplete answer in your feedback?

I don't understand why I should talk to the air carrier, I will have a ticket for onward travel, but in 90 days, not in the 30 (45) days.

You also don't answered my question about the requirenments for the extension to visit my family,I couldn't find the exact answer

As it's clear to me that you have used the Visa Exempt Entry Plus be 60 day Family Visit Extension for your prior ENTRIES into Thailand...I think its time to get the correct visa that is available for your multiple entries into Thailand to visit your Thai family. The Savannakhet Thai Embassy is perfect for you.

If you are married to a Thai...

May I suggest that you get the Non O multi-entry Visa as Married to Thai from the Thai Embassy in Savannakhet Laos.

NO PROOF of the 400,000 Thai baht bank deposit in a Thai Bank account in your name only is required.

MANY expats get the this visa and they avoid questions from Thai Immigration Officers when arriving into Thailand by having a One year multiple entry Non O Visa as Married to Thai.

As James pointed out and you need to show proof of marriage if you're visiting Thai wife or proof being the parent of a Thai child.

This is the common found requirements for the Family Visit Extension of Stay.

Aiming to please this late Sunday night in Thailand...

1... it's the airline which likely may ask to see your ticket departing Thailand within the time period you will be stamped in on arrival into Thailand.

Thai Immigration Officers may also ask to see your ticket departing Thailand.

2. If you are Married to Thai..you can ask your Thai immigration office for a 60 day FAMILY VISIT EXTENSION of stay.

Suggest that you ask your Thai immigration office for their list of requirements for that family visit extension.
