Hi, I just extended my stay on Non O last month with all the very useful advice from here. ๐ I understand I will need to report to the immigration office every 90 days if I continuously stay in the country ; yet am not sure of the followings :
1) does my landlord still need to provide the TM30 for each 90-day report ?
2) can I report online, or, will I need to walk in my local immigration office ?
3) any documents to present for each 90-day report ?
4) any fees for each report ?
Thank you ! ๐๐
Ps. Major Cinema near the BTS Ekkamai station offers 99 baht per movie on Wednesday evenings. (probably excludes those played at 7 pm) And in their men's room, a man looked at me as if he was quite hor....hungry. ๐)
The multiple-entry stamp is 3,800 baht. I got mine at Don Mueang Airport, I was told it's 4,000 baht before boarding my flight and thought the price just went up. Later I asked for a receipt of my payment, it types 3,800 baht....if you understand what happened to the price difference. ๐
Cannot lower seats on Thai Lion Air flights. ๐

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting process in Thailand for those on a Non-O visa requires landlords to submit a TM30 form upon re-entry if the individual has left the country. The first report must be done in person, but subsequent reports can be completed online or by mail. For each report, you typically only need your passport and no additional fees are charged. However, specific requirements might vary by immigration office, so it's essential to check directly with local authorities.

No, only a sheet of what to bring ; but the actual requirements are way more than listed, such as, MT30ใlandlord's IDใbluebook (house deed)ใbank letter........etc. ! ๐ฒ๐
If you're in Bangkok to save the long trek out to Chaengwattana, do your 90-day report my mail from the local post office. Be sure to post by EMS exactly 15 days before due date. The step by step instructions are on the immigration website. Very straightforward
The first report after each entry into the country must be done in person or by mail.
Once a TM30 has been filed where you live it will typically be good enough for a subsequent 90 day reports, unless you re-enter the country and then a new TM30 needs to be filed
Yaoyu Brancheau This is an office specific requirement you'll have to find out what your local office wants. It's just prudent to refile every time you return to your home from abroad, like the law actually requires.
