You should be able to apply from UAE as resident. Since you are owner of home maintenance company in UAE i would create a contract/letter signed by your company and you, stating specifically you can work for the company remotely in Thailand, and include all the responsibilities that will be done.
Make sure it says remote from Thailand and clearly state what online work you will do. I would be pretty confident you will get approved.

You can apply but need Like remote Work contracts ( a lot of people can have this without remote work the think you know how to do)

that will probably rule you out from applying for a DTV in the UAE. You should apply from Pakistan. You can only apply from a country where you have permanent residence rights or your home countryGulfam *****

You say you're a resident there, but what status do you hold, such as permanent resident status? Simply living and working there doesn't necessarily give you permanent resident status.

Just being a business owner is not enough to warrant a DTV. You need to evidence that you will work remotely from Thailand, and that you won't work with any Thai entities or clients inside Thailand. It doesn't sound like you plan to work remotely, just come for holidays?

Would these activities qualify under Thailand’s DTV visa requirements for remote work? I would appreciate guidance on the eligibility criteria and required supporting documents before applying, as the application fee is non-refundable.

they certainly would. You should put a description together explaining your work flow and your role in the company. As well as having the 500k baht in your personal account you should show some recent invoices along with matching receipts in the company bank statements, if you have an employment contract with the company showing income etc include it. Also company tax registration and the most recent tax returnsGulfam *****
