QUESTIONS RE AUSTRALIA & AGENT

🙏

Hello! I’ve searched the group which is very helpful but I haven’t found an answer to these specifically.

I am wanting to apply at the Thai Embassy in Australia for a soft power DTV (currently in Thailand on Ed visa) so will go home to Australia when my Ed visa expires and apply so I can continue my Muay Thai training (DTV wasn’t a thing when I applied for my Ed)

1. Does anyone have any recommendations for an agent they used and were successful using for Australia specifically???

2. My partner is working here on a work visa and supporting me and our baby so I don’t have an income currently as I’m a stay at home mum. But I have the required $$$ in my bank. I am hoping an agent can assist with my documents to best explain this situation ect because I understand even with soft power they are now asking how you intend to support yourself. We are not married by paper but considered defacto under Australian law which the Thai embassy have already told me is not a problem when I emailed them as we share a bank account. Has anyone had any success in a similar situation in Australia?

3. Any other infomation those who were successful in Australia would like to share that I haven’t seen already in search function 🙂

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on applying for a Thai soft power DTV visa from Australia while currently holding an Ed visa in Thailand. They require recommendations for a successful visa agent in Australia, clarification on financial documentation as a stay-at-home mom, and any additional tips from others who have navigated a similar situation. Comments suggest that while an agent can be helpful, some users have successfully managed the application process independently by clearly documenting their financial support situation. It's noted that having a stable income from a partner can be beneficial, and drafting a cover letter explaining their circumstances is advisable.

Actually, if you're comfortable handling it yourself, that's perfectly fine. all the comments here are already helpful. But if you'd prefer the peace of mind of guaranteed approval, I can assist you and offer a full refund if your visa is rejected. We have done in Australia before.

No need for an agent If you follow the advice given by others in your post you will be fine Australia is not as super picky as some other countries Good luck

As you meet the required financial amount and your partner has a stable income, there would not be any issue based on our experience! Adding a cover letter explaining your situation will significantly help your case.

We're happy to share that we partner with the leading visa agencies and law firms in Thailand who use our cooking programs under the Thai Soft Power category. They also provide full assistance along with money back guarantee even the visa application as well as the service fee!

Feel free to ask anymore questions or concerns you have as we're quite experienced with the process. We're recently assisted several Australians in the past 2 weeks!

Yes, a DTV visa has already been issued to the unemployed, but you must have at least 500 000 baht in your personal account for three and six months, depending on which embassy.

just write a cover letter explain your situation to the embassy

1. you get all your money from your partner

2. you and your partner have baby together but not married yet.

3. your partner work visa and the amount he make.

4. your plan for continuing support yourself in thailand for example - your partner will transfer 60,000 THB per months for you to use on daily activity

Attach a lease agreement in your partner name, a birth certificate for you baby that has the name of your partner and yourself

combined all of the doc together in 1 pdf file

1. this is the step we would recommend you do

you can do it by yourself using chatgpt to draft the letter

or let us do it for you for 5000 fee(all fees is refundable if your visa is rejected)

Not specific to Australia but if you have a joint bank account you generally need double the money required for the a visa
