Good morning!

Looking for help please regarding my first time extension of SE Non Imm O retirement e-visa at Samut Prakan immigration.

Firstly, does anybody have the recent list of required documents please?

Secondly, how soon may I apply for a first extension?

My Non Imm O retirement e-visa was issued on 31st August. It expires on 28th November 2023.

I entered Thailand on 2nd October, entry stamp valid until 30th December 2023.

My 800k baht international funds transfer has been in my Thai bank account for more than 2 months already.

Thank you for any help. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜„

Just wishful thinking on my part.

It would be great if the up to date list was posted on each individual immigration office web page when theyโ€™re updated. It would reduce the number of people visiting the offices and reduce work for those who hand out the lists. Maybe something we could ask Richard Barrow to enquire at some point.

Thai Immigration or Embassy websites are hopeless at being updated, some are years out of date (at least the English pages are)

thanks Lloyd. Yes Iโ€™ve seen Ellieโ€™s info sheets, theyโ€™re great! Iโ€™m really hoping someone in this group has recent specific Samut Prakan knowledge just so I can minimise immigration visits. Thank you though. ๐Ÿ™

I sure wouldn't chance it just because you want to minimize visits ๐Ÿ™

that could come back and bite you

Just go over there and get THEIR hand out and that way you make sure you are giving them what they require.

You can apply when you have 30 days or less left on your stamp. SO any time after Nov 30

i just hate to see you go try to apply, find out you need another document, have to leave, go get that, and try again, I mean that is something that can really be frustrating to people..

Having said that applying and getting it right first time rather than picking up the requirement list and going back with the application would be so satisfying ;)

that's a good plan and will work unless it doesn't and you miss something that they require now but didn't last year.. ๐Ÿ™
