TLDR : Answer Summary
The topic addresses whether Indians can receive a visa on arrival fee exemption for travel to Thailand. Comments indicate that while there was a proposal from the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) regarding fee exemptions, nothing has been firmly established or implemented as of now. Additionally, one comment mentions that all visas obtained in Thailand typically cost 2000 baht.

It was a TAT proposal - nothing came of it. They have done it on the past though.
