24th Feb . . . 

( I believe results in a complete 24hr ban on the sale of alcohol in shops, bars and restaurants)

The ban is from midnight Friday to midnight Saturday...The Scotland v England rugby game starts at 2345 Thai time on Saturday so you will need to drink water or juice for the first 15 minutes 😀
