TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a marriage visa (NON-O) in Thailand, you need to meet several requirements based on your nationality, current visa status, and financial situation. Essential requirements typically include proof of marriage to a Thai citizen, a valid passport, and evidence of sufficient funds—either in a Thai bank account (400,000 baht) or through funds in your home country. It's also advisable to consult the Thai consulate or embassy for specific guidance on your situation.

I would contact either the thai consulate in Penang, Kota Bharu or Kuala Lumpur and see if you can get a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage to a thai from one of them. you can show proof of funds in your country (not a thai bank account)

The real questions are

what is your nationality ?

what stamp are you on now ?

when does it expire ?

can you put 400K baht in a thai bank account in your name only ?

To get a marriage visa (90 day non-o and a year extension) inside thailand you need to have 400K baht in a thai bank account in your name only BEFORE you go to the immigration office to start the process.
