Does the THIM app replace the TDAC for entry into Thailand?

I don't know if I can ask this here, but does anyone know if the "THIM" app is in effect and replaces "TDAC"? 🤔

The THIM app looks better, if you have several trips already planned, you can fill all your TDAC requests in advance and only submit your health condition 72h before your trip.

I'm travelling next Wednesday, and I just completed my trip details on the new THIM app. I can't enter the health declaration part until tomorrow afternoon. I won't do the normal TDAC entry on the website this time and will see how it goes. I'll report back here if there are any problems.

The whole Thai immigration and visa system is a pathetic joke. Changing all the time,WAY too complicated and confusing 🤮💩🤬.Simplify it ffs!Why tf do we have to report every 90 days when we have been granted permission to live here ,for a start? Yes, it's working. The only thing you can use it for at the moment, is to submit your TDAC. Using the app to do it should give you an advantage the next time you enter Thailand, by remembering your data from the last entry.

It will be on line in September 2026. I can't guarantee that it will not crash many times before the Thais get it right. Let's see. They gave up playing with the TM30 for all on line after weeks of software problems.

No, the app does not "replace" the TDAC. It's just another method you can use to submit the TDAC, if you want. Or you can use the website. You still need a TDAC to enter Thailand.
