How much money is necessary to show on my Thai bank account at Royal Thai embassy in Savannakhet for tourist visa? (original bank statement)

If I have certificate and I'd like to get 1-year marriage multivisa (visa-run every 90 days, 5000 baht visa fee) do they ask same money (#1) or more (in Savannakhet also)? Do I need to be with my Thai wife together in Laos?

I did not visit Savannakhet more than 1 year...

For a year-long, multi-entry Non-O based on marriage they don't require any proof of finances. Just the marriage certificates, copies of your thai wife's i/d card and house book listing and your passport. Your wife doesn't need to go with you..

for a single entry tourist visa Savannakhet WAS asking for proof of 20k baht in a bank account. I don't know if they still are.
