hello , I have a question about Non immigrant O visa . 

Im married with a foreigner and we would like to get Non immigrant O visa for him. As he quit his job and has moved to Thailand for awhile now . Now im the only one who work . I heard that people told me  in case of male foreigners who marry thai women  must have  400 000 thb in the bank account. In another way , female foreigners dont have to have that much money if thai men get good salary. Is it true ? sounds unfair as Im a doctor and i earn good and stable income. But the immigrant dont count on me as i am a woman....

I removed your story. Please if you try to advice do not mix the rules, regulations and requirements of a Non Immigrant O visa and the Extension of Stay both based on being over 50 years of age. You can have one or the other one but not a mix of both

First , try the Non O visa . then the non B if its really impossible , then ED Visa lol or in the worst case , we move to finland haahhaahah

As many people stated savannakhet in Laos and Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam for the multi entry non-o visa is your best bet with no financial records have to be shown.

It is possible for your foreigner husband to go to a nearby consulate (like the one in Savannakhet Laos or in HCMC Vietnam) to get this visa without showing bank statements.

Pongpaka Kaewprasong I am in Savannakhet now. Today I gave copy of Thai wife ID & blue book , copy of Thai marriage certificate, (also have to show original) copy of my passport , 2 photo (passport size) application form.& 5,000 baht. Staff checked paperwork , gave receipt & said come back tomorrow for 1 year M/E visa & collect passport. Very quick & very easy (Thai wife has to sign all copies with her name on)

I think not for all country but some country need to have Vientnam working permit or visa for long stay in there to apply for and oder country visa from there

maybe the African people need Vientnam work permit to apply Thai visa there but me I have Thai wife and 3kid including all documents but in them told me fat I need to have Vientnam working permit or visa for long stay to apply visa for Thailand

Yes, many people find it not fair. a Foreign female married with a Thai man does not have to show any financial requirements, but a Foreign male married to a Thai female needs to have 400.000 Thb in a bank account on his name or a monthly income of minimum 40.000 Thb.

BUT your visa with no proof of funds would mist likely be a multi entry valid for 12 mths and he would have to bounce every 90 days.
