TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the visa requirements for traveling to Thailand for six weeks in mid-June, questioning if the Thai Pass and hotel stay regulations would still be applicable. Comments suggested it might not require a visa, as visitors are visa-exempt for the first 30 days, with the possibility to extend for an additional 30 days. The discussion included speculation about potential changes in regulations around May 1st.

You don’t need a visa for 6 weeks. VISA exempt for 30 days then extend for another 30 days 🤷🤷

cost of 60 day visa 1900tba.

Who says the OP is staying in BKK.

If the OP is coming for 6 weeks why wouldn’t they have a flight out booked. 🤷👍👍

You answered yourself. It’s a long way off. Talk of it changing May 1st, but just speculation at this stage.
