Thailand’s doesn’t practice reciprocation. The government doesn’t reciprocate on international trade.

Does not mention that if you stop anywhere to change planes you will have to do quarantine in the UK.

If the country of transit is on the list no self isolation required.

if you transit in a country not on the UK safe travel list you will need to self isolate in the UK for 14 days. I'm having to do that going through Amsterdam.
